Jeremy’s face is looking 100% better!

Lots of spots on his belly, ‘diaper area’, in his hair but they are all healing…they are scabbed over so he’s not contagious anymore!  Yesterday we ventured out to London for the morning and all our weekend plans are good to go!

I’ve wanted a fake floor set up for some time now…This works, but it’s not fake!  It’s ours…it will work much better as a backdrop around home!

(taken with my new 28mm 1.8-not as sharp as it could be, my ISO was 800…eeekkkk…I didn’t want to use flash at all…wanted to show natural light!)

So here we are..the living and dining room are almost done…they are dark now, so it’s a change photography wise, but we are very happy with it!  Trim is the only thing we are waiting on in this area!

Heavy into the kitchen now…the cupboards are all moved around…the floor is quickly showing it’s age…I feel like it’s always dirty-which is gross inthe kitchen…but only about 1 more month till the 90% mark…and as most of you know…it’ll be years before the last 10% is done!  (just joking, or not?)….

I looked into my sisters fridge (as I always do, just to check what she’s been working on) and came across these:

here’s the recipe…but watch out…they are highly addicitve!

Monkey Munch/Puppy Chow

1 1/2 cup icing sugar

1 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup butter

2 tsp vanilla

9 cups crispix cereal (the healthy part!)

Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter & butter.  Stir in vanilla.  Pour over cereal to coat.  Add icing sugar and shake to coat.  Lay flat on cookie shee to dry!

Today I had the pleasure of photographing two High School seniors.  We had so much fun.

Here’s my chicken pox boy today!  He’s looking quite cheerful!  Probably because mom took such good care of them overnight!

Eric is helping to prep for our new floors (living & dining room) to be laid!  His job is to take out all those little staples!

This is how Jeremy does Peek-a-boo!  Hands over his nose & mouth…then he says “ta daa” in the most monotone voice ever!  It’s pretty cute!

I was delighted to hear Eric running up and down the hallway trying out his new shoes through the day! (This is something we always did on Fourth Ave when mom bought us new shoes-you should try it, you can always run faster with new ones!)  When I returned home from an appointment at night, I was not expecting to see them on his feet-IN BED!  He must truly love them!

You can always tell when the kids come home from Grandma & Grandpas!  Pockets full of chocolate…honestly, does a 1 yr old need chocolate to go?
