Why hire a professional onsite photographer? 160/365

Because if your kids rather jump on the trampoline with their mom than sit still and pose for a picture, we can still get a GREAT image!

Thank you so much for a great visit!  Your first viewing gallery will be up and running shortly!

A nice summer salad…too bad it was 12C and raining here!

Italian Pasta Salad

Ok…here we go again…I don’t know measurements…I just chop until either I don’t feel like it any more or there is enough in the salad!!!

fancy noodles-boiled and drained

sausage – precooked

cheese (old is yummy)

coloured bell peppers

green onion

Italian Dressing (enough to coat)

Tastes best if it marinates for a while…overnight is no problem….

An interesting supper…Kev and I dated for YEARS before we married & we’ve been married for 7 bliss filled years…this is the first (1st)  time our parents had supper together!  They have met and chatted but my parents have never been to the farm!

Here is a picture of my Dad talking to Kev’s Dad…a little heart to heart about life cycles and change!

An afternoon session with my brother and his wife!  It was fun, except when I suggested to put his sunglasses in my camera bag…apparently that is not a safe spot!

Thank-you for smiling for the camera!  Your session will be ready shortly!

The very, very, very, VERY FUN day! 156/365

WOW, what a day!

First we headed over to our friends farm.  They just moved and gave me the challenge of taking some pictures of the farm to hang on the walls of the new house!  How exciting!  A fun, new challenge!  I took alot of pictures (actually my battery died) came out with several for them to choose from.

How meaningful is that?  Artistic pictures from your own property!

I just have to share this one!  He/she smiled at me!!!

We left the farm in a hurry…came home; charged the battery, fed the kids, showered and headed out to the Woodstock Airport!  Kevin and Tracy headed up in a hot air balloon (for free, might I add!)…We (Kev’s parents, the kids and I) followed the balloon from the ground; took pictures and were ready to pick them up!

After a small detour-they weren’t supposed to head directly over Woodstock-they landed in a factory ‘parking lot’ area…they were stuck between two fenced in areas…I think this added to the ‘fun’ for the hot air balloon driver (if that is what you call them)!!  Jeremy found the hidden key (cause of course you only see things like that when you are 3ft tall)!  We opened the gate and got them out!  Loaded up the basket & balloon and headed off to Wendys for a ice cream Frosty!  What an adventure…they had ALOT of fun!!!

I love this picture!

I have to admit I was a bit worried about ‘E’ falling in the water; but her big brother was there to help out!  This is a very inviting spot; cozy and beautiful!

Thank you to the ‘P’ family for the fun session!!!

I can’t keep the camera off these cute little puppies!  Jer loves them too!  Here we have 2 sitting on his lap…he was pushing the one down because it wasn’t staying exactly where he wanted!

Susan’s Bridal Shower!

A fun evening of games, opening gifts and of course; food!

I made this pizza dip!  It is great with any crackers or nacho chips.

————————————————————

Pizza Dip:

1 cup sour cream

1/2 bar cream cheese

pizza sauce

pizza toppings (pepperoni, onion, green pepper, ham, bacon, mushroom)

cheese

Mix together cream cheese & sour cream; spread in the bottom of a oven safe dish.  Spread pizza sauce over top.  Top with pizza topping and then cheese.  Put in oven until its bubbling!  (350-20-25mins; broil for a couple)

Enjoy the next couple of weeks Susan!

Congratulations to you and John!

A nice walk! 151/365

We took a little family stroll down by the river after supper.  It was nice and quiet, the boys loved it!

Notice the bread bag is as long as Eric’s whole leg?

Lisa-Jer is wearing the sweater (blue with rainbow stripe) that Cal wore on Mothers Day.  It is big on him, but still-that’s nuts!
