Lets face it, there are many photographers to choose from. You can go with a standard photo chain, a custom photographer, an onlocation or studio photographer, there are many choices!
1. I truly believe that natural on location photographs are so special and meaningful that you will never want to go back to a studio again! Sure, they do cost a bit more money, BUT every image tells a story. A more complete story is always more interesting to look at!
2. If you are looking for digital images, cards or a wall hanging I have it all available! Everything is custom designed AND you are able to see a proof before it is sent off to print! After our photography session is complete I come to your home, show you samples and we discuss what you are looking for! An interior decorator has given me drawings for common areas of the home that we can also use for ideas in your home!
3. Husbands (and others that are not huge fans of photographs) are MUCH more relaxed! This is especially true if we meet at your favorite park, at your home or farm AND you suggest natural relaxed clothing!
4. Others have had GREAT experiences!

I have had the pleasure of working with Dawn for 2 sessions. One was a gift for my dad for Christmas and The other was family pictures with my significant other. She really impressed me with the ideas she just came up with as we were going along. She could see the picture completed before it was even done. She was wonderful. Especially her patience when we were trying to perfect our story board in such a short time. Her personality fits in with everyone, even when she hasnt met them before. Thank you so much and I hope to work with her again!

We celebrated my parent’s 35 wedding anniversary several years ago and had the pleasure of working with Dawn to take family pictures to celebrate this event. We all really appreciated Dawn’s flexibility, easy going nature, and vision. My parents didn’t have a professional photographer take their wedding pictures, and have always regretted it. In some ways, this was a “do over” for them. My mom was so excited about Dawn’s pictures that she ordered a copy of every one!

We had Dawn come down and take pictures of our family. She is naturally creative and has the ability to see where to take the perfect pictures no matter the location. She is good with kids and quick to snap a picture. Her pictures are hanging all over our house. We look forward to having her come again to update our family picture as our family is growing. Ive had dawn take pictures of my 2 years old son 4 times through out his short life so far and I have loved all the pictures she has taken. She does a really good job

Why choose a shot of Life? The question should be why wouldn’t you choose a shot of life? You can go to a session with something that you want done and Dawn gets it done. Or, you can go to a session without anything specific in mind, and Dawn will create pictures that you’ll fall in love with. Every session has been full of so many amazing pictures. I am so thankful to have all the precious moments captured by Dawn.

Life is so busy, but finally I am making time to let everyone know, from my point of view, all about the professional behind all these wonderful pictures. Dawn worked with myself and my 3 daughters to make a photo for a Christmas gift for my husband/their Dad. We were looking for a picture to enlarge and go with that. Well, that was impossible. She took sooo many great moments, that we could not decide on 1 only–so she suggested a story board.
Her expertise is over and above what you would expect from a photographer. She is very professional and at the same time,it feels like you’ve known her for years–very relaxing. Dawn visioned a picture completed just by looking at a tree, bush, log, creek, a bridge, etc. Her ideas were endless.She has a wonderful sense of humour and left us laughing – perfectly for the pose. If you wish to have a treasured memory – in my opinion, if you have Dawn do your photos, you have one of the BEST!

I just had Dawn do some pictures of my family…. She was great with my one year old son and my teenage daughters. The pictures were just phenomenal!
